Here’s a quick guide to the therapy modalities I practice

— because I know the lexicon of therapy can feel like alphabet soup.

  • Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Level 1

Helps you understand and shift the deep emotional patterns driving your thoughts and actions—so you can feel safer, calmer, and more connected in your relationships.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), trained through EMDRIA

A research-backed approach for helping the brain process painful memories so they no longer feel so charged. Often used for trauma, anxiety, and self-doubt, and can bring lasting relief without having to retell every detail.

  • Compassionate Inquiry™ trained

A gentle, curious process (developed by Dr. Gabor Maté) that helps uncover the hidden beliefs and emotions beneath the surface—so you can see yourself with more compassion and choice.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

A way of getting to know the different “parts” of you—like the inner critic, the protector, or the wounded child—and helping them work together instead of pulling you in different directions.
